Food preparation and food storage practices observed during inspection are not in keeping with recommended sanitary practices and not in compliance with state sanitary code. Caterer has agreement to operate on the premises of this facility. Caterer does not posses catering permit to operate in Onondaga County unless establishment carries a food service permit.
