Corrected during inspection. 06B - Bagged milk and half and half is stored in retail coffee dispenser at internal temperature of 70°F for unknown amount of time. Product is labeled once open keep below 41*F. Approximately 5# of product voluntarily destroyed during inspection. The accuracy of the thermometer used was verified the same day. 15A - Accumulation of dust is observed on the pizza pass through oven, directly above entry/exit locations. - Table top can opener has a moderate accumulation of dried food residues on food contact surfaces.
