This guy single handily saved my career! I’m a Cdl driver that works very hard to support my family. Unfortunately one day i ran into some bad news while at work! My work truck was searched and they found a controlled substance and a loaded fire arm! Tho i had my license to carry the one i had on me was expired and i was waiting on the new one to come in the mail.i don’t do drugs and have no idea where these pills came from but i was responsible because i was driving the vehicle.i got three citations unlawful use of loaded firearm, possession of controlled substance,and possession of drug paraphernalia. They took my firearm also.To make a long story short i called Dustin and got to talk directly to him,not a bunch of the hold please or he’s out off his office or away from his desk at the moments. He’s very responsive and caring. Of course i was nervous never been in trouble before. He got everything dismissed for me and even gave me a discount! This is a man who does his job because he love to help people and not all about money! I really appreciate Dustin Phillips for everything he done to not only get those charges off me but the extra effort to getting my firearm back too! Stand up guy we still talk weeks after the case was over! Hope i never need him again but glad i have a new friend in high places! 💯😎

I truly believe that if I would’ve had any other attorney that I could be in jail right now. Dustin took my case on a flat rate and it turned out to be a lot more complicated than it should’ve been. Despite putting in three or four times the hours that he should have on that flat rate he never stopped working for me. Highly recommended!
