Very rude employee there, demanding to know how much i spend there, all because i was getting a remote start system reflashed, saying that "how much have you spent here? We dont work for free", when i had removed and brought the system into them and all they had to do was plug it into a computer. The technician was nice and experienced, just the one employee was rude. The remote start system was one of which i did purchase from a video kingdom store. For her information, i have spent just a little over $4000 there, even though i told her less.
