Very nice park. My favorite to go in Odessa. It is very big, green and tranquil. It has two tennis courts, two sand volleyball, room to play soccer and to do skateboarding. Good for family outings, grills are already in the park and tables and benches to eat all together. They have a very big playground for kids and an aquatic center in the middle of the park.

Growing up in odessa we had the staple pieces, the boat, spider and web, and octopus for amusement at the Sherwood park. Having 3 generations of family growing up and knowing these things and having a great time on them is something I love about this park. I am glad they added a covered seating area specially for those hot days.
